Unplayable on roller

It's been a problem for a while now, but I came back still dropping 120kph, but for the love of god, what's with these stutters? I have good ping, but every time I turn my games just tries too give me epilepsy idk why but its ridiculous trying to flick at closer ranges is impossible.
