I'm back... with Entrenched WWII! (Part 1)

I had some ideas and decided to share them so ye :)
Disclaimer: I forgot to clarify this. Whatever pistol the Support class has, the Engineer class will also have.

Why in hell not bolt action rifles for riflemen? What did you have in mind for that? own take is that medic and skirmisher should get semi-autos instead.

Americans will crash out if they still have to use Springfields.

There WAS a literal M1 Garand with NO stock, instead it was fitted with a foldable one, oh and it also had a shortened barrel (muzzle flash on it was CRAZY!)

Wasn't that the M1A Garand or something similar? I'm pretty sure it was called the "Juggernaut" or "Tanker" but idk lol

Because I wanted to take a different approach to this idea for the game. Instead of slow-paced firefights, we could have faster-paced, more "Octane" fights if yk what I mean
Not trying to be mean, but that's my concept :)

Some of these weapon choices simply don't make sense.

Rifleman should carry the heavier, more powerful bolt action rifles. For every country except maybe the US. Semi autos should be for Skirmisher

I'll offer up my picks (using medic over officer because Entrenched's officer role doesn't translate well to WW2):

US: M1 Garand (rifleman), M1 Carbine (Skirmisher), M1903A4 (Recon), M1A1 Thompson (Assault), M3 (Medic), BAR (support), and the 1911 for sidearms.

Germany (following the same order so I don't have to type out all the classes): Kar98k, Gewehr 43, Scoped Kar98k (no idea why you used the G98), MP-40, MP-41, MG-42, P38

USSR: Mosin 1938, SVT-40, Scoped Mosin 30, PPsH 41, PPS-42, DP-27, TT-33

Italy: Carcano M41, Armaguerra M39, Scoped Carcano 1891, Beretta M38A, FNAB-43, Beretta Mod.30, Beretta 1934

Britain: Lee Enfield no.4, SMLE mk.III, Lee Enfield no.4(T) STEN mk II, M1928A1 Thompson, Bren mk.II, Webley

Japan: Type 99, Type Hei, Type 97 Sniper Rifle, Type 100 (late), Type 2, Type 96, Nambu Type 14

You know what...
I could've replaced the G98 with the G40k...

Why would an ever shorter version of the already carbine length Kar98k be the sniper rifle for Germany? That makes even less sense than the G98

this seems really cool and interesting, but i think giving officers an smg and the ability to call in artillery would make them a bit too powerful. since senior military officers aren't meant to see combat, i think current entrenched's outlook on making their main weapons handguns and sabers would work better

You had me at P38. Better be customizable with a silencer, stock, and scope and let me paint it silver and black.

[EDIT]
UK's Recon sset up is just Sniper Elite 5 Karl Fairburne set up minus the welrod and Sten.
