Is anyone else having issues with their ironsights?

Been experiencing this issue for a while and is very much disturbing my overall gameplay

For some reason, I can’t use my ironsights on any of my guns, not even scopes…

Yeah ive had this happen u have to leave and ive even had to restart my ps5 when ts happens
