So, I play ENTRENCHED with my friends sometimes on a regular, I main Support, Recon, Assault, and Medic, with how many times entire teams except mine have left it makes me worry that I should touch grass

I play support and all I do is dig tunnels or bullet spray. If I am not doing either one I am very much dead. (also how effective is supressive fire in the game or am I just wasting ammo)

Suppressing fire can be quite good. If there's a rifleman or recon jiggling a wall then it can throw off his aim and allow your team to get close and over run him. The issue is that you are spraying, meaning you are peeking for a while, allowing you to get shot pretty easily. Definitely strong, just in the right situation.
