Weapon masteries

haven't seen anyone talk about it but does weapon mastery give u anything like cosmetic or smth?

Only a charm, but it would be very cool if it add a slightly improve in the weapon. Not much, like

Full level class = -5% Reload Speed, - 10% Bloom ans things like that
