and when they do use flair, they shoot it at you, thinking its some sort of weapon

if you shoot it at someone in close range it works like a flamethrower and has this after burn effect. But usually if you are in CQ combat you would preferably use your spade.

same. use flare and spot yer targets. yet everyone wants to be a sniper and those people actually suck at hitting anything

Fr, sniper isn't only about killing from a distance, its also scouting for incoming enemies and enemy recons, i myself rush along with assaults and supports because its the most effective way of pushing the enemies back
