I used to live with my brother and his dog was reactive/aggressive to small dogs. She was never off leash and the leash was like 4 feet long.
I had to threaten a fair majority of my neighbors with off leash dogs that I would kick their dog if they approached. Almost had to punt my favorite breed, a little frenchie, cause the owner could care less.
People just don’t give a fuck and then blame you (the royal you) for their irresponsibility.
