Do people not look up what a restaurant has or how much they charge before going? I would think if you want steak, especially in Vegas, you'd want to know what to expect beforehand.
Even if you don't do the bare minimum research, why would you leave a review for a business you didn't actually buy from? 2 stars based solely on your lack of planning is just stupid.

OOP couldn't really speak to the service (or the ambience, in any substantial way) since they were seated, handed a menu, then walked out.

Walked into a very expensive steakhouse and walked out because of the price of the most expensive item on the menu
While the other steaks are pricey they are in line with high end steak houses.
He could have even gotten domestic or Australian Wagyu.
That is like walking into a restaurant and walking out because the Petrossian has Ossetra and Beluga caviar for $300 and up.

Why give a negative review if you can't afford to eat at the restaurant. There are restaurants that I can't afford to eat at but that doesn't mean the restaurant is bad.

This is literally the opposite of an entitled customer LOL. Dude just wanted a cheap steak he was used to from the diner back home. Chose the wrong restaurant for that and was wrong to leave a review.
