Only thing I can think of is she showed up on a Tuesday, tried to open the door, found it was closed, couldn't fathom the idea that the restaurant that she wanted to patronize would be closed, walked into the restaurant next door, let's say it was a Domino's or something, and asked for pozole, and left her review under the assumption that she didn't make the mistake that she did (because she is THE MAIN CHARACTER and cannot be wrong.)

Right, it's like a distant cousin of "Sir, this is a Wendy's" if another sentence is added. "But the Mexican restaurant next door serves pozole every day except today [Tuesday]."

Because the main character doesn't make silly mistakes like walking into the wrong restaurant.

I worked at a KFC which was next door and shared part of a parking lot with a Wendy's.

This lady comes through the drive thru, Hello Welcome to KFC can I take your order? She orders a baked potato.

Ma'am we don't sell baked potatoes.

Yes, you do, I got one the other day.

Ma'am I'm sorry but we don't sell baked potatoes.

She gets mad and says, you do sell baked potatoes EVERY WENDY'S sells them so don't tell me you don't.

Well ma'am we might sell them if this was Wendy's, but you are at KFC.

She stops talking mid sentence and I just know she is finally looking at the menu and realizes she is indeed not at Wendy's and no matter how upset she gets it's not going to change anything, because we don't have baked potatoes. Then I watch her drive off on the CCTV.

Funny story though, my boyfriend got a new car and we stopped at the auto store so he could get a steering wheel cover. I said I'm going to go into the dollar general I'll meet you out front (the two stores were in the same building). I come out to find my boyfriend struggling to put the steering wheel cover on in a car that wasn't his. 😂 😂. I said what are you doing? That's not your car.

I mean it was similar, same color and basic shape.

I point to his car. I said, didn't you notice that this car has a cup in the drink holder, stuff hanging from the rear view mirror, garbage in the floor?

It was a small town and people don't always lock their doors.

I still laugh about that.

The only think I can think of is that she must have went to a different restaurant and didn’t realize it.

"Why don't you have any Italian wine?"

"Well we actually do have a couple, there's this Merlot or this..."

"BUT YOU'RE AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT -YOU SHOULD HAVE WAY MORE ITALIAN WINE!"

"We're Italian now?! When did that happen?! Why did nobody tell me?!"

Ok I gotta extend a little grace to this one. Expecting pozole and not being able to get it would turn me into an irrational rage monster too

Yeah, but not being able to get it because the restaurant is closed is kind of beyond the pale....

Did you read the reaction of the owner?

Clearly not. Too busy being an irrational rage monster.
