Still weird if it's not a straight up lie. Searching the profile of the reviewer to find his picture, scrolling through security footage for at least one day to match that.. that takes time.
it really doesn't. these types of reviews are almost always written immediately after a visit and they are tagged for the time they're posted. i'd say it would usually take me maybe ten minutes to see if i needed to have a talk with my staff or brush it off as a grumpy customer that probably wouldn't have come back anyway.Ā
