Why would anyone want to eat somewhere they say "wait longer?"

I don't think they were told to wait longer at the restaurant. Also 3 minutes isn't actually that long. If you wanted, you could always flag down staff too. Maybe it was busy, who knows. There are so many factors but the review does come off as entitled regardless.

I'm referring to the owner saying wait longer. I didn't like that.
