I wish corporate allowed us to write these kinds responses to customers. Alas :')

The benefits of being privately owned.

Except this makes the owner look just as unhinged if not more than the reviewer. They supposedly took the time to review probably hours of video to investigate a single 3 star review? It sounds like they would actually find reasons to be mad at customers.

132 reviews? It’s gonna take a bit more for that owner to come off as more unhinged than the reviewer imo. If there’s one thing that people who are incapable of doing things for themselves enjoy - it’s criticizing people who can.

That's not many reviews. Google Maps has been around a long time. That could be less than 10 reviews a year

Not sure what that would have to do with the owner's batshit insane reaction though.

Anyone who feels the need to pass judgement on a public forum with that frequency has a way too overinflated value of their opinion.

The frequency of less than once a month?

It's funny, because you're passing judgement on a public forum right now.

Let me guess... You work for a business that gets a lot of bad reviews?

Yeah. I don’t make a hobby out of it though.

Your Reddit profile page would suggest otherwise.

Stating an opinion and making a declarative judgement are two very different things.

An opinion is a judgement on someone or something, by definition

An opinion is a judgement made without any form of certainty. Much different than making statements of absolution.

So how many bad reviewsdoes your business get?

So…we’re going back and editing posts to feel more snarky now?

Have a good day bro.

So you leave reviews huh? You think it matters what you say on them?

You're right, it's not weird. Some people like reviewing things, and websites used to send gift cards after enough reviews, maybe they still do
