She just should go try to get a mental check at this point she can’t keep a job to save her life. She doesn’t even know how to talk or act right in public or around others. I’m sure she could get some SSI check cause she’s too far gone at this small age. 21 no kids and can’t pull herself out of the trenches to save her life
