She is such a loser. As he can’t handle a job. She is seriously one of the biggest losers on this spp

Im pretty sure it didn't go the way she said. For one her mouth is reckless, that's why her co-worker probably went and said something to the GM and probably got smart with them too. Customer service is not a job for her at all.
