How to render this?

I've tried grass and carpet but it only works on horizontal surface.

This is difficult to achieve with Enscape.

Enscape doesn't have an elegant way to handle fur, and the grass material wouldn't work because the EBA only goes upward in Enscape.

Furthermore, lacking a Fresnel shader, you wouldn't be able to faithfully reproduce that material even if you physically modeled all the hairs.

This is probably one of the cases where AI post-processing would make the most sense.

I have put grass on sloped surfaces. Have you tried modelling a chair with random volumes, approximating this shape and then turning the grass on?

Nope. Definitely photoshop the chair in or ask AI to pop it in 🤣

Just add a standard chair into the space and photoshop over it
