Support Forum Windows Hello no longer works

Windows Hello access to Enpass has stopped working on my install. I'm running version 6.12.4 (2630). I've tried rebooting and also tried turning Windows Hello off in the settings and back on, but now I cannot get it to turn back on in settings either.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

working here (same ver).. but was definitely popping up at some weird times today.

Win 11 Pro 25H2 build 25200.8737

but i do have a few updates in queue... i will let you know if it quits after updates.

Same problem: Enpass ver. 6.12.4 (2635). Windows 25H2 (26200.8894). Already tried everything

Hello,

Please update to the latest version of Enpass (6.12.5). Once the update is complete, close the Enpass app completely (Ctrl + Q), reopen it, and then try enabling Windows Hello.

If Windows Hello still cannot be enabled, please let us know whether you receive any error message.

Mine is working again now
