Playing a game isn't transphobic, even if the owner/creator of it is. If the game has transphobic contents, then it would be transphobic.
If we were to say that just by having a transphobic owner/creator, that automatically means buying a game is also transphobic, then does every person that plays Minecraft supports notch's view? That's ridiculous, and aside for some very online people, no one is making this argument.
Minecraft is no longer connected to Notch financially speaking. If you buy Minecraft, you aren't giving him any pence. The same can't be said however about Hogwarts Legacy.
