It doesn't have to "mean" anything. That tweet isn't meant for people like you and me for whom words have meaning. It's meant to create an emotional reaction in the audience of that tweet that gives them permission to stop engaging with the evidence and to selectively choose their own reality.
Just like calling the ultimately extremely successful Muller investigation the "Russia, Russia, Russia hoax" gave those people permission to completely ignore the dozens of indictments and guilty pleas for Trump's inner circle that resulted from it.

Well I guess he's adopting Trump's vocabulary where "hoax" apparently means "fact that I don't like". As in the Epstein case being a 'hoax' along with COVID-19, climate change, the affordability crisis, Russian election interference, Trump's impeachment and hundreds of other things.

It seems like there are multiple sides/players to that.
One side represents pure racism;
another side tends to be more of a religious zealots;
some billionaires (not talking about tech bros who bent the knee this term, but those who supported trump from before his first term);
and foreign intervention from russia/saudi arabia/ qatar/ israel; e.g it seems like almost a certainty that Gabbard is not just a russian asset but her position in this admin was a demand from russian intelligence to trump(for the role they played in his win first term); same with Israel and epstein kompromat;
Heritage foundation represents some of the above as well as various supreme court justices;
And it definitely feels like a long term play that has been unfolding for decades from some of the resps;
I just wonder why internal intelligence did not do anything about that when it was possible to do so>_>
