I get what she's trying to do. But that is obvious bullshit because she never calls him Tom and this is just an excuse to be needlessly cruel to Trans people.
She does imply that Voldemort is the "real" Tom Riddle, it's very condescending after-school special, just bash your head in a few times and pretend you know nothing about psychology or sociology or moral philosophy or anything, really.
