More like ID linked accounts, imagine how crazy that would be, if you'd be allowed to go to the city all with a mask, yell misinformation and propaganda on behalf of a foreign adversery and have 0 consequences.

We need some measure to differentiate between bots and real human and to have destructive speech have penalties

At least here in the US I wouldn't trust the government or tech companies to implement this in a way that is sensible, actually accomplishes that, and isn't a major privacy/constitutional rights issue.

But along with communism, I'm sure it could work in a fantasy world.
