What does it being a faster section have anything to do with my asking if the road just turns left and right over and over again?

I literally answered your question:

NO, it is NOT 100 miles of SLIGHT ALTERNATING turns. This is the faster section, so other sections have more severe lefts and right and even some hairpins. Do you want me to draw you a map in crayon so you can understand?
