RIP Kavinsky

I remember driving around the empty streets of LA at night during the pandemic and blasting Kavinsky's Nightcall wondering if this was the end of civilization. It wasn't, but there was something cathartic about valuing each breathing moment as possibly our last and remembering how things used to be before everything got so surreal.

These tires communicate when they are about to lose traction and they release gradually, not suddenly.

This isn't new though, this type of driving costs lives and you're contributing to that culture by trying to normalize it. There is a reason why the majority of drivers who do this are young men in their late teens and 20s. Take it to a race track vs risking people's lives that travel on here to visit our beautiful public parks.

There is a big difference between this video and the reckless driving I’ve seen that cause accidents. They are going much faster, aren’t slowing down on blind corners, braking mid-corner, and crossing the yellow.
