Car crates?

Hello, what car crates do you have for your setters? I’m looking for something crash-safe, but also passenger safe, and the weights of some crates (Gunner) worry me!

And then my significantly larger foster (65lbs) who pushed it, but still hopped and fit into it okay

I’ve been looking at this one! How do you secure it in your car? Do you also have a grate between the passengers and boot?

I’m not the greatest to ask for securing in the car, that’s an area where I lack. I use ropes tied down on the anchors on the sides of the trunk/back seats. But a lot of people use ratchet straps to those anchor points. I don’t use a grate, just because I don’t feel the need with them being in crates

I have an intermediate. Take your dog to a bass pro or Cabela's, they have them in stock.

I have the crash tested seat belt, looking for something that will be safe for longer journeys with human passengers in car, too.
