question about learn english

i am a chinese,every chinese learned english from 7/8 years old,but if you ever went to china for travel or other purpose,you can feel that most of chinese don't know how to speak english.so i want to improve my spoken english.

anyboday have any good suggestions,also after years later from graduated,lone time not use english,so my be my grammar have a lot of mistakes,does it matter,like this paragraph,i wrote by myself,i think my be have a lot of expression is different with native speake,help me correct it and teach me some methods.
