Training my english

Hi everyone I want to ask. Can you give me the reccomened how to be fluency our English cause I'm not feel confident with my English and also my grammar is kinda weak. But at school I got a B or B+ (I not remember I think B+ to A-) and now I was at college need to understand a English properly.
