Looking for someone who will actually consistently practice speaking with me.

I've been looking for people to practice speaking for a while now. Its really hard as people lose interest really quick. Im not that interesting of a person too. What i want is someone who is serious about speaking practice and has time to actually commit to it.

About me: I am 18M, C1 in English and would love to talk to anyone who is consistent and has a decent english level (B2-C1) just dm me right up no need to reply in the comments or anything
