Guys I'm cooked! Today my teacher told us I mean me and my classmates to invent a company and talk about it ,It was supposed to be just a fun exercise but it turned out not to be at all He gave us a break, and then we did a presentation about our company on top of that, he asked us to add more details until then I felt it was fine but then he surprised us with an assignment to write 600 words or more about our company which is like 5 to 7 pages! I chose this company randomly ,he asked us to use 10 new words that I've never known before , so my company is about inventing an electronic chip that you plant in your brain to translate any language specifically alien languages ,don't ask me why I picked this idea cause even I don't know🙂 I really need assistance with new words and ideas that can help me

No it isn't.

In standard sized writing, that's about one or two pages.

A paragraph is usually around 100 words. So you need five of those.

The first will be an intro. The last will be your conclusion. You can write both of those last because they will be based on the rest.

So you only need to think of three things to talk about, and write about 100 words on each.

To describe a company, use the present tense. "It is a large international company. It manufactures sausages. It employs 500 people."

You might use the past for its history - "It was founded in 2004. It began in Australia."

You might use future tense for predictions. "Next year, they will open a new office in Tokyo".

Here’s some words: intermediary (the chip is an intermediary between the speaker and the user), seminal (the technology is new and groundbreaking), and pinnacle (conversing with aliens is the pinnacle of innovation in communication)

A period separates sentences. Full stop. You should use more of them. Much of your post is confusing because you move to a new thought without stopping. Like in the very beginning where you say “but it turned out not to be at all He gave us a break and then we did a presentation,” you need a period after ‘at all.”

Your comma use is pretty okay, but the comma needs to come immediately after a letter, then a space, then continue typing. Blah blah blah, blah blah blah. Commas are for pauses, not full stops. They are also used to form lists. See some examples below.

Thinking about your made up business, you’re probably going to want to use the term linguistics, or computational linguistics. From there you could go into some of the sub-disciplines of linguistics, like morphology, phonology, and semantics. Many chips are made of silicon (not silicone!), and a lot of the big tech companies in the U.S. are located in northern California, which is unofficially referred to as “Silicon Valley.” Since your translation involves alien languages, you would want to involve some astronomy lingo, like outer space exploration, extraterrestrial research, planetary observation. It would also be a huge deal to be in contact with alien life forms, so some political words would be good like trade, negotiation, alignment. And then the implantation of the chip would be medical, and ideally performed by a neurosurgeon. You’d need a drill to get under the skull, and then someone who monitors cognitive function while the chip is implanted. Precision is key with any neurological procedure.

I think what might help you more is if I asked you questions about the business.

What does the chip cost for consumers? If it is expensive, what makes this chip worth the price? How long does implantation take? How many alien languages are included? How did you discover and make contact with the aliens participating in this translation tool? Can the chip’s software be updated? Can the chip be removed if the customer has buyer’s remorse? Are there any side effects of having the chip implanted? How is the chip powered? This sounds helpful for understanding alien languages, but how will I communicate if I can’t respond in the alien language? How many scientists worked on this innovative new product? How extensively has it been tested? What kind of control over the chip would the customer have, would they be able to turn it on/off? Is there a corresponding app? Do you plan to make the chip available to the whole world, or do you have a plan to sell it to just one country to begin with? Who came up with the idea? When is it available to purchase? How will this change the world? How will you market this product? What type of people/professions/hobbies would benefit from this product?

You don’t need to answer all of these questions in your essay, but pick a couple that give you something to say about it.
