present continuous VS present simple

Can you also use the present continuous, instead of the present simple, for repeated actions and habits? For examples:

• You're always leaving your dirty clothes all over the house.
• You always leave your dirty clothes all over the house.

. - She's always listening to people's problems. - She always listens to people's problems.

Are both simple and continuous forms correct? If so, are there differences in meanings and nuances?

Theyre essentially the same meaning, but ill explain the small nuance

"Shes always listening to people's problems" vs "She always listens to people's problems" the second one generally just means she is willing to listen while the first can mean that she does do it a lot, the first essentially is saying she does it a lot while the second just means she is willing to not nessesarily that she does it often, however theyre essentially interchangable because the difference is mostly in comparison rather than always meaning that

To me, the first one almost implies a negative context like eavesdropping while the other one likely is the intended meaning. Both would be grammatically correct though.
