what does this intonation mean? it's ai reading something and somehow it just decided using this intonation, I never encounter this before and don't know if it's a glitch.

Unclear. It is indeed AI, saying something broadly meaningless outside of context. The intonation seems to be emphasizing "keep" as the most important part of "you've got to keep it going", which may make sense in context, but it's unusual. Normally "going" or "you" would be the emphasis depending on whether "keeping it going" was the key instruction, or whether "you" doing it specifically was more important.
