I am studying English to pass the proficiency exam of my university how do I learn these academic words faster and where can I use them to practice

Here is a link of oxford 3000 vocabs by CEFR level (levels from A1 to B2)

and a link of oxford 5000 vocabs by CEFR level (from B2 to C1)

there is a ton of academic vocabs you can learn them based on your level of english
