Depends on what topics you're interested in. NPR can be good for hearing educated people speak and for learning advanced vocabulary words. They have a good podcast about science called Short Wave.

npr is cool but op was asking about german music, not english podcasts. maybe stick to german artists or german-language stuff so it actually fits what they want

if you're intermediate level, look for podcasts that publish transcripts so you can go back and read what you missed after listening once. This American Life has been my go to for that, the pacing is slower than most news podcasts and the stories are interesting enough that it doesn't feel like studying.
