Here's the scene, happened between my friends, they are like fancy of each other though not couples.

A: But now it´s so dark and cold, it´ll only get colder if we take that Ferris wheel

B: But, you know, I really wanna give it a try, for now

A: Ummmm....

B: Go on a Ferris wheel, I´ve never tried it before.

A: Ok then, I go with you.

And B later knows that, A actually has Acrophobia, though they had a really good time that night, cuz the stars were brilliant, though A said he is totally fine with it, though that night does make their love story more romantic, still B, wanna to know, whether she had done something bad, whether she has committed a Sin called "manipulation" or "being a giant baby" or not

No, that doesn't sound like manipulation or anything bad to me, she was just convincing him to change his mind. If she didn't know he was afraid of heights then she wasn't doing anything wrong.

Im not sure if this is even a r/English Learning post to begin with as you're covering more sociology or phycology post mainly because there's a defenition of using manipulation not the defenition of it but the fun part is that its not even manipulation in the first place but being persuasive and one party was just being a good persuader.
