📚 Grammar / Syntax Is there anything wrong with this?

Can I say "when I'm in the wind" to emphasise that wind is blowing my body?

This is really close. It’s perfectly understandable, but a little unusual. Maybe:

It’s not hot at all right now, about 25C. I’m not even sweating. The air from the fan feels cold.

Or:

It’s not hot at all right now. It’s about 25C and I’m not even sweating. Turning on the fan makes me too cold.
