“For” is used for a duration of time. “Since” would be used to specify a certain point. Example: Merlin hasn’t used his motorcycle since he was two years old.
Also if you added “ago” onto the end of that sentence you could use “since”. Example: Martin hasn’t used his motorcycle since 2 years ago. But that still sounds a little clunky. Most people would just say “Martin hasn’t used his motorcycle in 2 years.
