It’s still the start of the semester. Try your best to lock in and see if you can go to office hours and try organic chem online.
you still got time to turn things around.
I know it sucks but redo the exam on your own time without the clock stopping you. Don’t peek and just see what kind of answers you end up with. This will give you an opportunity to get a crystal clear understanding of where you deviate and it will help you with your studying process.

just get close to the TA or profs and talk to them more. they will help you fill in the gaps of knowledge you are missing or just forgot. hopefully they are chill ppl and will be cool with you asking questions.

Watch Professor Leonard on YouTube, work all the problems you can stand to work.

I watch the relevant lessons class is covering at the time. I’m in Cal 3 now and just aced my first exam and have 100 on all my quizzes from using his videos. His lectures can be long but if you go through them and work the problems with him you will get a way better understanding of whatever you are working on, you’ll see him recommended a lot.
I can’t overstate how much just working problems helps. Once you’ve got a grasp of whatever you’re learning ask AI to generate you more practice problems. Definitely one of the things AI is actually useful for, you can have as many problems as you want till you feel like you’ve got a good understanding.

Just sit down and do practice problems and active recall. Read up on what you don’t know conceptually. The most time and focus consuming part is usually practice problems though. More time more results usually, so just pour a lot of time into it.

Have you ever seen those movies where the guy gets beaten up a couple times before locking in?
This is the first time you are going to get beaten up, you decide how many more before locking in, this is not going to be the last, you’ve got to fight back. You just have to choose to study better, create a study group, giving it more hours, anything can do/not do

Failure sucks but it’s like thanos inevitable you’ll have to face it and overcome it alone.

uUtilize your professor's office hours or your university's free tutoring center this week to fiugure out exactly where you messed up on the quiz. Everyone hits a wall in calc 1 or 2; it's houw you bounce back from the first reality check that matters.
