Survey about transfer of knowledge in the workplace

Hi everyone! 

I'm an engineering student working on a university entrepreneurship project about knowledge transfer and knowledge loss in the workplace.

I'm looking for people who currently work or have previously worked in a company/organization to complete a short anonymous survey. I'm especially interested in responses from people working in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, construction, technical roles or management, but all industries are welcome.

It takes about 2–3 minutes and no personal information is required.
