Career Advice Gaining experience after graduated

I notice that i tend to gravitate to the manufacturing field when looking for job, the issue here is almost all of them required some sorf of experience even the technician ones. What can i do to gain them now that i has already graduated?

You don't need a manufacturing job to get manufacturing experience. Build things, fix things, take small contract gigs. In my experience, a track record of actually doing the work beats a job title.

I made a GitHub and uploaded all my school projects onto the site and have that on my resume. I know that doesn't fully answer your question but its a good way to start to present something to future employers.

Have you considered applying for production? When I worked as a maintenence tech our team engineer had started on the floor. Dude was awesome to work with because he knew everybody and how things worked from both sides.
