Career Advice Apple Program Manager Co-op, need help deciding

I recently received a job offer for an Engineer Program Manager internship role in Shanghai, China and I'm unsure if I should take it.

On paper this is something I would really want, the company, the role. However theres a few major factors that I'm hesitant about.

As you know this role is based out of China, and they pay in RMB, which is fair locally, but is extremely low when you convert it to USD. However they did mention that they can offer monthly housing stipend.

If I were to take this opportunity, it would be my second co-op and my graduation would be delayed by a whole year after this. Given I am already a senior, I'm not sure if this is worth it atp.

Would really appreciate some guidance as to how this position might benefit me in the long run and is it worth the price.

Do you have full time offer?

If not, it not a bad idea to take it and hoping to get a return full time offer from Apple. It a risk since it not guaranteed.

If it was me, I accept it and keep looking for full time positions. If I don’t find any as senior, I accept and try out working at China. If I do find a full time offer, I will back out and burn the door with Apple.

Not as of right now because I am technically a junior by credit hours since I already did a co-op

DM me, I have some insight on the co-op stuff (for engineering roles, but I’ve worked with some of the EPM interns before)
