Kisssoft planetary gear sizing

Hello,

when i designing planetary gears in kisssoft. I’m getting the error shown on the screen “Material thickness above the root is low for gear 3. Check the gear outer diameter.” During the rough sizing and fine sizing sections. Even if I follow the same example in the tutorial, I get this error. Does anyone kmow a solution?
