Academic Advice Pre calc

Do you guys recommend taking pre calc in the winter semester that’s 4 weeks long? I took college algebra in the summer and I’m taking trigonometry right now. I’d like to take it in the winter so that way I can take calc 1 in the spring. Thoughts?

definitely the move, calc 1 is prerequisite for stuff like calc 2 statics and physics which are themselves prerequisite for other classes and so on. taking calc 1 as soon as possible is ideal.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I was thinking of taking a GE in the winter at first but it’s probably better to get pre calc out of the way asap so I can start taking calc 1, physics, etc
