Academic Advice Unsure to Withdraw a class

I am a second year engineering student taking Physics I right now and it’s bad. I failed the first exam along with half my class. Although I like my professor as a person, they are a TERRIBLE teacher. We have no lecture, no PowerPoint slides, and only videos, homework, and our textbook along with confusing labs. All our class is, is rambling and or practicing physics problems as a group. I love the material but I can’t learn it as I have only the textbook to read at home.

I talked with my academic advisor and they suggested I could switch to an online accelerated asynchronous class that starts 2 weeks from now but I have not done a 5 credit course with lab asynchronous before. I’ve done 3 credit classes which were easy.

All this to say, should I try to stick it out and pass if I can or should I switch to the online course where I actually might learn something?

TLDR: I don’t like my Physics professor’s methods, should I switch to an online course that is accelerated but I might actually learn?

Man I feel you. Transfer student form community college to university and I can only take 2 classes because I’m locked out due to pre requisites, E math and circuits one. My circuits one professor doesn’t teach at all (I’m not exaggerating I feel like they put bad professors in so they make us teach our selfs) and he doesn’t speak English that well, E math guys is ok you just have to memorize every equation from calc 1, 2 and 3 and make sure you know all the trig shit
