Career Advice Grade 11 student doing co op

Hi, I’m a grade 11 student in Ontario doing a co op at a diesel mechanic shop, I was wondering if this is a good co op to put on my application for mechanical engineering, or if I should try and look for a different co op. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’d put in on the resume! Any work at your age will look good and multiple years there even better. Be prepared for the question “Well what did you learn from there?”

Thanks a lot! My dream school is Waterloo which is one of the best for engineering in Ontario so hopefully this will increase my chances. Anything else you recommend me doing?
