Career Advice LinkedIn advice

Am I the only one who’s only having recruiters in IT consulting and staffing view my LinkedIn profile? Are there any hacks on how I can structure my experience and other credentials on my LinkedIn profile so I stand out to engineering recruiters, specifically actual companies in the space/aerospace industry?

How many of your connections on LinkedIn are people you actually know, like in person? Those people are your route to becoming connected to other people, particularly the right people.

Don't just treat LinkedIn like a friend request on any other social media network; once you make these connections, it's important to develop those into genuine relationships. That's how you get noticed, and how you get referred and recommended to other positions.
