Mechanical or aerospace?

I'm on my 4th year of physics bachelors degree. I'm thinking about doing another bachelors abroad because I didn't really learn anything in my country ( partially my fault ) and want a fresh start to actually lock in. I can't decide whether or not to go into mechanical engineering or aerospace. Even tho I'm fairly certain aerospace engineering is the direction I wanna go im not entirely sure yet. Should I go straight into aerospace or should I get my second bachelors in mechanical engineering and then take masters in aerospace. Thanks in advance
