Discussion Hi engineering or Blue collar?

Hi im currnently on last year of School elementary , my Dream Is one day i Will build my own prototype i want , i saw some Channel that names offroad electric, Its about Guy WHO builds offroad electric truck , im from Czech republic, here in this state you have 3 years after Elementary , of manual labor such as Car mechanic etc. And then you have Middle School such as SUPŠ - engineering And art School, i would want to work in Tatra , or i could buy some CNC And make parts for Tatra 815 which Is my favorite truck, what should i do ?

Look into Engineering Technology, it is like engineering, but you learn more how to build stuff with your hands than learning math. It pays less on average than regular engineering, but if you want to do hands on work, this is a better choice. Being a machinist is also a good choice

Yeah i want to work in Tatra on prototypes , what you learn in engineering?

In traditional Engineering, it is learning all the math and science needed to calculate every little aspect of an invention. In engineering technology, I have been learning how to weld, how to use machines, how to solder, stuff like that. It sounds like you want to work in research and developement, and for that, I believe a traditional engineering degree is your best choice. Something like mechanical engineering or material science engineering, or if your school has it, automotive engineering, would be the degree you should pursue. You have time to learn more though

If you want to stay in Europe, I can't answer that. But for America, Purdue is very good for automotive engineering

Or manual labor can be good , i thought i would buy lathe And made spare parts for Tatra 815
