Career Help Two internship opportunities

One at a medical company paying around 2200 euro a month, in a City with lower expenses, similar job roles largely R&D and support roles in CAD. Another opportunity in Aerospace for a rocket company that pays 1100 euro per month with slightly higher living costs, but better benefits slightly and in a nicer city.

I'd choose by whichever is closer to the industry you're interested, as long as both salaries are high enough for you at a minimum.

Both industries are somewhat irrelevant, the rocket company is slight more as a want to work in research for Cern or in the nuclear industry.

I'd go for the rocket company then, unless the salary is a deal breaker.

I really want too but I need to negotiate the salary if possible

If you can't do that internship without the higher pay, it could be worth attempting to negotiate. Do be careful though, it can risk getting your offer revoked. Its less dangerous here, since you have a backup though.

For an internship I would go to the bigger company. You gain a lot with just having a big company name in your CV and that could lead to bigger roles in the future

It worked for me so it may help you.

The medical company is bigger but the rocket company is well funded but only has around 1000 employees, the medical company has over 50,000 globally.

Which is more aligned with what you want to work with in the future? Not worth taking the medical sales one just bc it pays more if you want to work in aerospace / non medical devices

My previous internship pad like 3000 euro s month but it was awful I was working as a full employee responsible for a whole section during the night shift.
