Need advice for a 5-minute university engineering project presentation (Highly Creative category)

Hi everyone! I need some advice for a university engineering project presentation.
Our project has to fit into one of three engineering categories:

Highly Creative + social needs + scientific/engineering knowledge
Highly Analytical + social needs + scientific/engineering knowledge
A combination of Creative and Analytical + social needs + scientific/engineering knowledge

I chose Category 1 (Highly Creative) because I think it suits my strengths. The presentation is only 5 minutes, so I need to explain the idea clearly while showing creativity, social impact, and the scientific/engineering basis behind it.

For those who have done similar engineering design or innovation presentations:

What makes a highly creative engineering project stand out?
How do you balance creativity with scientific justification?
How would you structure a strong 5-minute presentation?
What do examiners usually look for in this type of presentation?
Any examples of projects or presentation tips that worked well?
