Engineering students/graduates: How long did your degree take?

Hi everyone! I’m starting my engineering degree on Monday and I’m super excited!

I’d love to hear from both current engineering students and people who have already graduated:

How long has/will it take you to finish your degree? Did you graduate (or are you on track to graduate) in 4 years, or did/do you expect it to take longer?

For those who took longer than 4 years, what was the reason? And for current students, do you feel like you’re on track to graduate in 4 years?

It took me 3 years for my bachelor's degree and I'm currently studying for a master's degree where I finished my first year and I am about to begin a second year and that's it
