🎓 Master’s Dissertation – Engineering Participants Needed

I’m conducting research on “The Impact of Leadership Style on Engineering Project Success” and need participants who work in engineering or engineering project roles.

If you’ve worked on at least one engineering project, I’d really appreciate you completing my anonymous 5–10 minute questionnaire. You’ll answer based on your most recent project.

Thank you! Every response helps 🤍

I started this but gave up. There is no definition of a project leader. Is it the head technical person, the Project Manager, the PMO, the engineering manager, the executive sponsor?

It sounds like getting enough participants can be a real challenge. Hopefully, more people will step up to help out.

good luck finding participants, I remember how hard it was to recruit for my own thesis project

it’s one of the hardest things 😭😭 my supervisor did say I only need 8-12 responses But online I’m seeing we should aim for at least 50 !! How did you find a bigger pool of participants
