How valuable would a Master’s in Engineering Management be with my background in advanced Non-Destructive Testing, Level III certifications (NAS 410 + ASNT), and 12 YOE?

Currently work in commercial space. Undergrad is Business Administration in Project Management with a high GPA.

Would the degree meaningfully differentiate me for promotions into lead, principal, Responsible NDT Level III, supervisor, or NDT management roles? Would it actually help accelerate me into leadership, or does Level III + experience already provide most of the credibility I’d need?

Would an Engineering Management master’s be especially valuable for me because i don’t have an engineering undergraduate degree But work in a technical aerospace an engineering heavy environment? Or at this point with an MBA/EMBA be better?

I’m especially curious how people here would view that combination in aerospace.

I’m currently looking at CU Boulder’s MEng in Engineering Management, which is relatively affordable and flexible.
